Refund Policy

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will look into it and arrange a replacement or refund where the fault is ours.

If a parcel is marked delivered and you have not received it, tell us and we will open a claim with the carrier.

Returns

Because of the nature of research materials, opened products cannot be returned. Contact us before sending anything back.

Cancelled orders

If we refuse or cancel an order, including under our Research Use Only Policy, we refund it in full.

How refunds are paid

Payment is taken by card on a secure hosted payment page. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
