Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed with US Prime Peptides ("we", "us"). Placing an order means you accept them. We may update them; the version published when you ordered is the one that applies.

Research use only

Every product on this site is sold for laboratory research use only. It is not for human consumption, and it must not be given to people or animals in any form.

None of it is a drug, food, dietary supplement, cosmetic or medical device, and none of it is approved by the FDA for any use in people or animals. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Products must not be relabelled or resold as a drug, food, supplement or cosmetic, or supplied to anyone for use in people or animals.

This site gives no instructions for use, and we do not answer questions asking for them.

Who may buy

You must be 21 or older and buying for laboratory research. To check out you need an account: you give your full legal name, your organization, its industry, your research category and what the research is for, and confirm these statements. You confirm research use again with every order, and the confirmation is kept with the order.

You are responsible for making sure possession and use of what you order is lawful where you are. We may refuse or cancel any order, and refund it in full if we do.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. Payment is by card on a secure hosted payment page, and we never see your card number. Shipping is $12.99, free on orders over $1,000; Overnight delivery is $250 more. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated on the payment page, and the full amount is shown before you pay.

If a price is plainly wrong, we will contact you before charging, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel.

Shipping and risk

We ship to addresses in the United States only, and we do not ship outside the United States. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the parcel.

Please check your address. We are not responsible for an order delivered to an address entered incorrectly. Our Shipping Policy has the details.

Refunds and returns

Damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Opened products cannot be returned.

Our Refund Policy, linked at the foot of every page, sets out the whole process and is part of these terms.

Limits of liability

Products are supplied for research use as described on their product pages. All other warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the extent the law allows.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from any use outside the laboratory research purpose you confirmed.

If a term fails

If any term is found unenforceable, the rest still apply.
