Shipping Policy

Where we ship, and where we do not

We ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship to any address outside the United States, and we do not offer international shipping.

You are responsible for making sure what you order may lawfully be received at your address.

Processing

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Your tracking number is emailed when the shipping label is created.

Charges and speed

Shipping is $12.99, free on orders over $1,000.

Orders travel 2-Day by default. Overnight is available on the payment page for $250 more.

The shipping charge is shown on the secure payment page before you enter a card. No fee is added after you pay.

Your address and the parcel

Please check your address before you pay. We are not responsible for an order delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the parcel. If a parcel is marked delivered and you have not received it, tell us and we will open a claim with the carrier.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

Tell us within 7 days of delivery. Our Refund Policy explains what happens next.
